MJ's attorney, Charles Campbell, arrested for a DUI!
C. Philip Campbell, of the law firm Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, was arrested on July 14th, 2008 for driving under the influence in Hillsborough County. He was arrested by Tampa Police after he had a blood alcohol content level of .153 when he took the breathalyzer test. He was held overnight by Tampa Police until he was released at 6:12am the following day on a surety bond.
